Sharing tool update

Updated the AddThis social sharing tool to the latest version. Otherwise the sharing tool works the same way as before, but the new version enables users to share directly to Facebook or Twitter without even leaving the site if they have linked their social accounts with AddThis.

It's time to simplify

After reading the Simplify the Internet post by Leo Babauta I gave it some thought and decided to simplify my social networks. Just removed my accounts on Pinterest and Tumblr. I've already removed quite a few people/pages I used to follow on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (still have accounts on those as well as on Google+). These were the first steps, let's see what I come up with next to simplify my life...

Google sharing optimized

Just finished updating the complete site to include optimization for Google +1 button that I've had on the site for some time already. This update includes the html itemscope that Google+ is using together with their itemscope meta tags. This update doesn't affect normal users in any way unless they decide to share something to Google+ with the Google +1 button.
