Today, June 29th 2009 the hit counter of antman.info reached the milestone of 300000 hits. It took a little more than one year to reach this after the 200000 hits was reached on February 24th 2009.

Within the last few days antman.info has been receiving a little more hits per day than usual. Mostly this is because molotov has been posting about the location overrides on various Enemy Territory related sites. Mostly been receiving hits from the following referers:

• SplashDamage forum post
• Wolfmap.de news item
• Splatterladder news item
• RTCWFiles.com downloads section

I've been doing some browser testing on the site and it seems that quite a few browsers can view the antman.info site properly. I am even pleased to see that Microsoft's Internet Explorer 8 finally starts to understand CSS. Of course I still recommend to use Mozilla's browsers Firefox and SeaMonkey simply because this site has been designed to be best viewed with those. Other tested and supported browsers are Opera and Google Chrome.

The website was down for a few hours today because the ISP had some network problems. Now everything should work fine again.

I've been thinking about creating my own blog for quite some time but never really figured out what to write. Now I decided to replace the old news system on antman.info with this Serendipity Weblog System. From now on you can about the updates on this site, some personal blog entries and all kinds of other stuff I come up with.

As it has been before, the update schedule stays the same, new entries in this blog are added in an irregular fashion. Might be a few days, might be a few weeks.
